Nice place with 24-hour reception, free parking, and air conditioning. I still remember how the staff helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a holiday!

The hotel's location was marvellous and perfect, near to a fairlyy nice restaurant, the water taxi heading to Isla Mujeres, and a fine public beach. It also was next to the Isla Mujeres ferry. Booked a room with pleasant views of the ocean.

It is located directly opposite the Puerto Juarez Marine Terminal, from which the ferries to Isla Mujeres leave. This is also very convenient for taking the bus or collectivo's, and there's an oxxo supermarket. It is a quiet neighbourhood.
